FOR ORDER DESKS & OPERATIONS TEAMS

Built for the work between request and resolution.

An order question comes in. Someone checks stock. Another person arranges delivery. Keep the request and those updates together, so the next person can pick up with context.

HOW NMO WORKS TODAY

One request.
A shared path forward.

Keep the original request, the person responsible, and the latest update together.

  1. 01

    Record the request

Add the original request to a ticket so the team can refer back to it.

  2. 02

    Make ownership clear

Open an unassigned ticket to claim it. Managers and admins can reassign when the next step changes hands.

  3. 03

Keep the team up to date

Update status and add internal notes. Your teammates see changes in the shared workspace.

Filter by status, owner or priority to find the work that needs attention.

ADMIN-REQUESTED AI ANALYSIS

Pull out the details.
Keep your judgment.

Company admins can ask OpenAI to summarize a saved ticket and suggest order details, priority and category. Review the original request and any missing information before acting.

Requested by an admin, with consent. Internal notes and attachments are excluded. AI does not send replies or change ticket status.

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

A few useful answers.

Does NMO read my inbox automatically?

Not yet. Requests are recorded manually in this release. Microsoft 365 and Gmail connections are being built.

What can AI do today?

Company admins can request a summary and suggested order fields on a saved ticket when analysis is configured. Suggestions need review; internal notes and attachments are excluded.

Who can see a ticket?

Active members of your company workspace can see its tickets. Each teammate signs in with their own account.

Can we reply to customers from NMO?

Not yet. Internal notes stay within the workspace and are not sent to customers.

What does it cost?

Paid plans have not launched and subscription checkout is not available. No price or free trial has been announced.

How do I join my team?

Sign in with the email address your administrator invited, then open their invitation link. New accounts must confirm their email. Account email delivery is still being validated for launch.

NO MISSED ORDERS

Keep your next request in view.
